At our office in Joué-Lès-Tours, you’ll hold a strategic dual-role position in Payroll and Administration, where attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to service will make all the difference.
As part of our organization's evolution, this position will begin at the Joué-lès-Tours office. Once the transition phase is complete, operations will be transferred to our Sorigny office, where you will continue your work.
Your Daily Responsibilities :
HR & Payroll Management
- Collect and verify variable payroll data (absences, time records, additional/overtime hours, supporting documents, etc.)
- Verify the accuracy of time records and enter them into our payroll software
- Participate in on-site payroll support sessions
- Prepare employment registration forms (DUE) and verify that all documentation is complete before drafting contracts
- Draft employment contracts for agency employees
- Draft disciplinary letters for approval by our HR Manager
- Process invoices for our clients
- Verify and enter supplier invoices
- Enter vacation requests for agency employees
- Verify temporary staffing invoices with the operations team
- Track medical checkups and send appointment notices to employees
- Coordinate training programs (CACES, work posture and movements, occupational health and safety, etc.) and manage related logistics
- Help organize job fairs and ensure that files for selected candidates are prepared
Administrative Duties:
- Serve as the liaison between site operations and the company
- Enter expense reports, manage supplier orders, and track consumables
- Centralize and summarize information (files, charts, tables, reports, etc.)
- Participate in operational meetings to understand the business and its challenges
You are an organized, versatile, and responsive person, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a clear sense of priorities. Yourattention to detail andcommitment to service make you a true asset to teams and colleagues.
Education: You have at least two years of post-secondary education in payroll, accounting, administrative management, or SME/SMI management.
Skills: You are proficient in office software and payroll software packages, and have a solid understanding of labor law—all of which are essential for ensuring the integrity of HR processes.
Your strengths: Your adaptability, attention to detail, professionalism, organizational skills, and commitment to service will enable you to quickly integrate into the team and contribute effectively to its performance.
