Job Opening: Inventory Manager (M/F) – Permanent Position

Reporting to the Site Manager, he or she is responsible for managing inventory and ensuring its reliability, in accordance with contractual commitments, procedures, and operational requirements

It is used in the context of setting up and organizing a logistics warehouse, and plays a key role in managing material flows, ensuring operational efficiency, and guaranteeing data reliability

🚀Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for :

- Develop and oversee inventory plans in accordance with contractual obligations

- Lead and supervise the inventory teams on a daily basis

- Ensure reliable and comprehensive inventory traceability

- Identify, analyze, and investigate inventory discrepancies

- Implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness

- Prepare and coordinate activity reports

- Track and consolidate logistics performance KPIs

- Help structure the website during the launch phase

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of inventory management processes

📊 Job scope:

- A key role within a site that is in the launch and organizational phase

- Operational responsibility in the field, including team supervision

- Close integration with WMS tools and related processes

- A dynamic environment that requires adaptability and proactivity

Your assets

- Proficiency in the Reflex WMS is required

- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting)

- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency with information systems

👤 Your profile:

- You have experience in inventory management or logistics, ideally in an industrial setting.

- You have some experience leading a team or in operational coordination.

- You are comfortable working with computer tools and digital environments.
