Job Opening: Inventory Manager (M/F) – Permanent Position

Reporting to the Site Manager, he or she is responsible for managing inventory and ensuring its reliability, in accordance with contractual commitments, procedures, and operational requirements

It is used in the context of setting up and organizing a logistics warehouse, and plays a key role in managing material flows, ensuring operational efficiency, and guaranteeing data reliability

🚀Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for :

- Define and manage inventory plans, in accordance with contractual obligations

- Daily lead and supervise inventory teams

- Ensure reliable and comprehensive stock traceability.

- Identify, analyze, and investigate stock discrepancies.

- Implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness

- Produce and coordinate activity reports

- Monitor and consolidate logistics performance KPIs

- Contribute to the site's structuring during the launch phase

Contribute to the continuous improvement of inventory management processes.

📊 Scope of the position:

- Key position within a site undergoing launch and structuring phases

- On-site operational responsibility with team supervision

- Strong interaction with WMS tools and associated processes.

- Evolving environment requiring adaptability and proactivity

Your assets

- Essential proficiency in Reflex WMS

- Excellent proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting)

- Diligence, organizational aptitude, and reliability.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency with information systems

👤 Your Profile:

- You have experience in inventory management or logistics, ideally in an industrial environment.

You have initial experience in team leadership or operational coordination.

- You are proficient with IT tools and digitalized environments.
