Job Opening: Construction Manager (M/F), Fixed-Term Contract, Deux-Sèvres (79)

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will assist him or her in managing construction projects, particularly during site openings and closures, as well as for special projects. In this role, your responsibilities will include the following:

Project Management and Monitoring

Document customer requests and organize the sequence of tasks
Ensure comprehensive monitoring of construction projects
Prepare quotes and follow up on them
Monitor the progress of projects, from the start of construction through to commissioning
Organize and manage the deployment schedule

Coordination and Management

Ensure the dissemination of information both internally and externally
Coordinate communication between clients, internal teams, general contractors, and service providers
Track activities and populate management tools
Ensure that deadlines, costs, and service quality are met

Vendor Management

View service providers
Participate in their selection and hiring
Monitor services and, if necessary, terminate them

Your assets

You have skills in administrative management and case tracking, ideally gained in a construction or service-related setting.
You are organized and thorough, and you know how to structure your work and manage priorities when dealing with multiple stakeholders.
With strong interpersonal skills, you are comfortable interacting regularly with a variety of stakeholders, including project managers, end clients, internal managers, and service providers.
You are proficient in office software and collaboration tools, and have strong organizational skills.
The ability to read blueprints is an asset, as is knowledge of cleaning techniques.

This position involves regular travel within the country, depending on the project rollout schedule.
