As Customer Manager, you will play a key role in the management and loyalty of a customer portfolio, while optimizing the quality of services and
the profitability of your perimeter.
Activity management :
Plan and supervise the execution of services in accordance with specifications and HSE standards.
Ensure quality control, implement corrective actions and keep site files up to date.
Prepare invoicing data and manage purchases, orders and inventories of products and materials.
Operational management :
Supervise, integrate and evaluate employees.
Ensure the health and safety of your teams through HSE visits, prevention plans and analysis of workplace accidents.
Contribute to developing skills and identifying potential.
Customer relations :
Maintain regular contact with customers and anticipate their needs.
Identify development opportunities and prepare visit reports.
Prepare and participate in contract reviews.
Profitability monitoring :
Analyze the profitability of your portfolio and identify areas for improvement.
You have a vocational training qualification (BTS Métiers des Services or equivalent), with initial successful experience in team or customer portfolio management,
ideally in the cleaning sector.
You are familiar with IT tools, cleaning techniques and health, safety and labor law regulations.
With excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, you know how to anticipate needs, motivate your teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
