We are looking for a Reception Department Manager to report to the Onet Accueil agency in the Île-de-France region and work at a client site located in La Défense. Yourmain responsibilities will be as follows:
Ensure that the service is provided in accordance with the specifications, processes, internal management rules, and applicable standards;
Ensure the quality and consistency of services;
Plan ahead and put in place the necessary human, material, and technical resources;
Ensure the smooth operation of on-site services and customer satisfaction;
Ensure compliance with regulations;
Ensure the implementation of and compliance with the contract, as well as the financial management of resources;
Comply with and ensure compliance with the general and site-specific guidelines approved by the company;
Help develop and adapt the site's guidelines and monitor their updates;
Identify and propose corrective measures for any discrepancies in the service identified by the client;
Help prepare for and facilitate quality meetings;
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of safety on the site, taking into account the resources available to him or her;
Ensure reporting on: quality, safety guidelines, incidents, etc.
Supervision:
Provide guidance to employees and set an example;
Listen to staff to anticipate problems and find solutions;
Ensure that employees are trained, authorized, and capable of carrying out their assignments;
Be responsible for organizing, planning, and conducting training programs (initial and refresher courses) and ensuring that all employees receive the necessary knowledge updates. Ensure that knowledge is assessed
Plan the total number of staff required for the service and provide the information needed to process payroll;
Plan for and manage absences;
Participate in recruitment efforts;
Welcome new hires;

Neat presentation;
Ability to communicate effectively and convey information clearly, both verbally and in writing;
Knowledge of communication and office software (Internet, email, word processing)
