We are hiring for our agency: a hands-on Team Leader for an industrial site (M/F)
Job Opening (Fixed-Term Contract)
35-Hour Workweek
Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. to 12 p.m.
As part of your duties, you will be required to carry out the following tasks:
Cleaning:
- Restroom
- Offices
Framing :
- Supervise cleaning agents and lead by example,
- Listen to personnel to anticipate malfunctions and their solutions,
- Ensure that maintenance staff are trained, authorized, and qualified to perform the work
- Ensure that safety guidelines, procedures, work instructions, and operating procedures are followed, and that PPE is used
- Welcome new hires and train them through mentorship
Site monitoring :
- Oversee the technical and administrative management of the site
- Oversee the work, monitor its progress, and ensure it is completed properly
- Verify compliance with the specifications
- Monitor the implementation of the prevention plan
- Ensure site security during and outside of working hours
- Ensure that waste is properly sorted and disposed of
- Ensure compliance with the QHSE health and safety procedures established by management
Customer relations :
- Serve as a permanent point of contact for customers, answer their questions, or refer them to the Area Manager
Equipment management and maintenance:
- Manage the inventory of products, equipment, and PPE, as well as their distribution
- Ensure that materials and equipment used are in good working order and that periodic verifications have been conducted.
You ensure a clean and healthy environment for the occupants of the premises. Through your work, you contribute to our customer's satisfaction.
If you're motivated and hard-working, you're already well qualified for this position. Your discretion will also be highly appreciated. A CAP and/or Bac Pro in hygiene/cleanliness or equivalent and initial experience in a similar position are welcome, but all profiles are considered.
