MAIN MISSION
Reporting to the Multidisciplinary Director, the Site Manager ensures the operational quality of multidisciplinary services at the assigned sites. He or she organizes, coordinates, and supervises preventive and corrective maintenance activities, leads operations teams, oversees subcontractors, and serves as the primary point of contact for the client. Thanks to their expertise in electrical engineering, HVAC, and BMS, as well as their managerial skills and fluency in English, they work in demanding and international technical environments.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Health, Safety, and Compliance
Ensure the onboarding of new employees by providing safety orientation, distributing personal protective equipment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Organize the tracking of certifications, training, and refresher courses necessary for performing job duties. Keep the site’s regulatory documents up to date, develop prevention plans, and participate in the implementation of the QHSE policy. Conduct incident analyses and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Service Quality and Performance
Ensure compliance with the company’s procedures and quality standards. Monitor performance indicators, analyze results, and produce related reports. Oversee the proper execution of maintenance operations and ensure that contractual objectives are met. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose technical, organizational, and cost-saving optimizations.
Environment and Sustainable Development
Implement environmental initiatives on-site by raising awareness among teams, suppliers, and subcontractors. Monitor energy consumption, refrigerants, and waste management. Help implement measures to reduce the environmental impact of operations and support the client in achieving its sustainable development goals.
Team Management
: Supervise, mentor, and develop employees’ skills. Organize daily activities, coordinate technical teams and external contractors, lead team meetings, and conduct individual performance reviews. Ensure that the necessary resources are available to complete assignments and provide ad hoc technical support in the areas of HVAC, electrical systems, or BMS.
Subcontractor Management
Select and coordinate specialized service providers. Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements and adherence to service deadlines. Review completed work, approve service reports, and contribute to the evaluation of supplier performance.
Customer Relations and Business Development
You have a college degree and significant experience as a multi-disciplinary site manager
With excellent interpersonal skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you are driven by a deep commitment to operational excellence
You are fluent in English and are equally comfortable speaking and writing
You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and are able to summarize information in a clear and organized manner
