Your mission

Reporting to the Multi-Technical Director, you will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supervising multi-technical operations and services at our client’s various sites within a defined geographic area.

You will ensure that quality, safety and environmental standards are properly applied, as well as operational imperatives, with the aim of satisfying our customer.

WHAT WILL YOU ACHIEVE?

IMPLEMENT THE "Occupational Health and Safety" POLICY AT YOUR SITE(S)
Ensure proper onboarding of employees (on-the-job safety training, periodic medical exams, etc.)
Ensure the provision and proper use of safety equipment
Schedule and monitor safety certifications and training
Implement and maintain mandatory signage, registers, and safety documents on site
Develop prevention plans
Keep the single risk assessment document up to date
Implement the QHSE action plan for the site(s) and workplace adjustments
Conduct investigations and handle the administrative processing of work-related accidents and occupational illnesses


IMPLEMENT THE SERVICE QUALITY POLICY
Ensure compliance with the quality policy and organizational processes at one or more sites
Implement defined processes and establish quality tools (inspections, QSE manual, etc.)
Monitor performance indicators (reporting)
Continuously strive to improve organizational structure and work methods


IMPLEMENT THE ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
Promote the environmental policy among teams, suppliers, and subcontractors, and implement environmental monitoring tools
Encourage service providers to take actions that have a positive impact on the environment
Raise awareness and support clients in their environmental initiatives

LEADING OPERATIONS TEAMS
Onboarding and training new employees, ensuring a positive work environment at the sites
Organizing work, coordinating and motivating teams, managing external contractors
Leading teams (briefings, meetings, annual reviews, coaching, training)
Partially involved when technical support is needed
Handle personnel administration in accordance with human resources policy (recruitment, contracts, amendments, DUE, medical exams
Plan, submit payroll data, manage absence forecasting, and handle various correspondence)
Ensure that work tools (work clothing, supplies, etc.) are provided and that teams are familiar with work procedures

PROMOTE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND IMPROVE SITE PROFITABILITY
Ensure compliance with contractual commitments
Promote and measure customer satisfaction (communication, availability, meetings, maintenance, reports, metrics, etc.)
Drive initiatives to improve and optimize sites

Your assets

You have a college degree and significant experience as a multi-disciplinary site manager 

With excellent interpersonal skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you are driven by a deep commitment to operational excellence 

You are fluent in English and are equally comfortable speaking and writing

You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and are able to summarize information in a clear and organized manner
