Job offer: Cleaning Manager – Hospital site M/F Permanent contract Sarthe (72)

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will serve as the site’s operational point of contact, ensuring the quality of services, customer satisfaction, and contract performance.

This is a very hands-on role that requires a strong on-site presence to support the teams and ensure the quality of services.

Your missions are as follows:

Technology:

Organize the site's operations: teams, schedules, equipment, and methods,
Ensure the quality of services while complying with hospital hygiene protocols,
Monitor the site's activity and oversee continuous improvement initiatives,
Take the initiative to optimize operations and services.

Management and human resources:

Supervise and support team leaders and cleaning staff,
Plan work and adjust resources based on hospital activity,
Work closely with healthcare executives and hospital departments,
Handle customer requests and complaints,
Implement action plans and monitor satisfaction,
Expand supplementary services (special projects, overtime).

Financial management:

Monitor economic indicators and analyze ratios,
Analyze and summarize construction site reports with the Branch Manager,
Implement measures to ensure the contract's profitability.

Health, safety, and compliance:

Participate in prevention plans,
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules and hospital procedures,
Ensure that field practices comply with specifications and health requirements.

Your assets

Know-how :

Proven experience managing a site or a department,
Field manager with a schedule coordinated with the team,
Solid experience in contract management, planning, and oversight
Ability to analyze a construction site report, monitor key performance indicators, and oversee an action plan through to completion,
Proficient with computer software and Windows 365,
Able to handle a demanding client with both diplomacy and firmness.
