Offer description

Your mission

Reporting to the Branch Manager and the Regional QSE Manager, you will deploy and lead the QSE approach within your establishment and carry out the following tasks:

QSE policy and objectives :

- In conjunction with the Agency Director, lead the national, regional, and local QSE policy within the agency

- In conjunction with the Agency Director, facilitate QSE meetings

- In conjunction with the Agency Director, define QSE objectives and indicators, and manage the Dashboard

- Ensure the planning, monitoring, and recording of QSE interventions, and administer the Blue Quality software

- In conjunction with the Agency Director, develop the agency's certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, MASE, CEFRI, etc.)

Documentation, communication and awareness :

- Ensure control and compliance with national and regional documents, and manage agency-specific documentation

- Develop QSE information and awareness materials (alerts, posters, etc.)

HSE regulations :

- Participate in the Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee (CSSCT) as a permanent invitee

- Manage the consolidated risk assessment document, risk analyses (PDP, etc.), and environmental analysis

- Manage the agency's waste register and waste tracking forms

- Manage the product inventory and product safety data sheets

- Monitor periodic inspections of materials, vehicles, and equipment

- Monitor training, keep accreditations up-to-date, and manage the list of high-risk positions

Animation and field audits :

- Conduct HSE induction and QSE mentoring for agency personnel (both structural and operational roles)

- Conduct safety briefings and site audits (QSE visits, behavioral safety observations, etc.)

- Conduct internal audits (HSE regulations, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, MASE, CEFRI, etc.) in other agencies

Customer care :

- Conduct client visits, client satisfaction surveys, and ensure ongoing client satisfaction monitoring

- Participate in commercial presentations and draft QSE sections for specific local commercial proposals

Continuous improvement :

- Analyze toolbox talk reports, QSE visits, behavioral safety observations, quality controls, audit reports, customer surveys, etc.

- Propose and monitor curative, corrective, and preventive actions, and manage the Action Plan

- In collaboration with stakeholders, analyze the causes of QSE non-conformities (accidents, complaints, deviations, etc.)

- Monitor occupational accidents and diseases (AT/MP) and manage the internal AT/MP software

Management :

- Assist agency teams by providing QSE support

- Hierarchically manage any QSE Assistants or QSE Correspondents

Your assets

 

With a bachelor's or master's degree in QSE or equivalent, you have at least three years of proven experience in a similar position.

As a hands-on person eager to develop your skills, you are known for your thoroughness, reliability, discretion, organization, and responsiveness.

You are familiar with certification principles. You are proficient in project management and conducting audits.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have good leadership skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and a team spirit.
