Your mission

Join a leading player in logistics and production outsourcing and develop your HR expertise in a strategic role!


As part of our business expansion, we are seeking a Human Resources Manager to support our operational teams across several facilities located throughout the Eastern region.

As a true partner to frontline staff, you’ll work in a dynamic, demanding, and multi-agreement environment.

Your responsibilities


Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will handle all HR and labor relations issues within your area of responsibility.

HR Advice and Support for Frontline Staff

  • Provide support and advice to managers and site and multi-site management teams on all issues related to individual and collective labor law,
  • Provide pragmatic and secure solutions that balance human, operational, economic, and regulatory considerations,
  • Support teams in the day-to-day management of human resources and in decision-making on sensitive HR issues,
  • To be a true, hands-on HR partner dedicated to supporting operational performance.

Social Relationships

  • Organize, prepare, and facilitate meetings with employee representative bodies (CSE, CSSCT, CSEC) and labor unions,
  • Ensure constructive and high-quality social dialogue across the entire organization,
  • Lead collective bargaining negotiations and oversee their implementation.
    Draft, monitor, and implement collective bargaining agreements, ensuring they are properly enforced,
  • Support organizational change by addressing social and regulatory issues.

Labor Law and Management of Individual Cases

  • Ensure compliance with HR practices and make sound decisions regarding labor law.
  • Oversee the drafting of employment contracts, amendments, and routine legal documents.
  • Support managers in handling disciplinary proceedings and complex individual situations.
  • Monitor pre-litigation and litigation cases in coordination with internal and external partners.
  • Oversee the procedures for terminating employment contracts and ensure that all associated steps are handled properly.

HR Development and Managerial Support

  • Design and lead training sessions on labor law for managers and HR teams,
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives,
  • Support the development of managerial skills and the growth of expertise within teams,
  • Contribute to fostering a shared HR culture and promoting the exchange of best practices across the entire organization.
Your assets

You hold an advanced degree in Human Resources or Labor Law (Bac+5) and have at least 5 years of significant experience in a generalist HR role with a strong focus on labor relations, ideally in multi-site, logistics, industrial, or service-sector environments.


You have extensive expertise in individual and collective labor law and are recognized for your ability to ensure compliance in HR practices and to support operational staff in their decision-making.


You are skilled at leading employee representative bodies, managing labor-management dialogue, and conducting collective bargaining.


You have proven experience in handling disciplinary, pre-litigation, and litigation matters.


As a true HR business partner, you know how to tailor your approach to a variety of stakeholders and build relationships based on trust with managers, operational leadership, and labor representatives.


You are independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented, and you are able to prioritize your tasks in a demanding and constantly changing environment.


Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously enable you to work effectively across a wide geographic area.


You enjoy working in the field, traveling regularly, and being in operational environments.


Your team spirit, interpersonal skills, and ability to influence others are real assets for succeeding in this role.
