Onet is recruiting an IS Support Technician F/H to strengthen its Helpdesk teams.
Based at our head office in Marseille (9th arrondissement) and reporting to the Helpdesk Coordinator, your responsibilities will be twofold:

With a higher education in IT, you have at least 3 years' experience in a similar position in a company.
You have a good knowledge of Windows environments, networks and telephony.
You are highly adaptable and analytical, and enjoy working as part of a team.
With the aim of guaranteeing optimal operation for users, you are a good listener, autonomous and proactive.
