Participate in the acceptance of new applications and new versions
Participate in the department's communication activities, in particular the drafting of user manuals
Analyze files, then define, propose or implement improvement actions
Contribute to user training
Draw up and update the necessary procedures
Ensure proper application of specific procedures relating to branch/site movements (creations/modifications and closures).

Your assets

With a higher education in IT, you have at least 3 years' experience in a similar position in a company.

You have a good knowledge of Windows environments, networks and telephony.

You are highly adaptable and analytical, and enjoy working as part of a team.

With the aim of guaranteeing optimal operation for users, you are a good listener, autonomous and proactive.
