as a company receptionist
I'm the point of entry for various visitors and collaborators
- I take care of the physical reception on site
- I issue and manage access badges
- I direct visitors
- I streamline exchanges with our customers
- I manage the switchboard
- I make appointments and send confirmations
- I manage meeting rooms
