As part of the Marketing team, you’ll provide operational support for all initiatives related to promoting our product offerings and digital communications.
This work-study program will allow you to develop a comprehensive understanding of product marketing, including online marketing, while making a tangible contribution to projects that are key to the company’s growth.
Your main responsibilities:
Write product descriptions (website, catalogs, sales materials)
Help organize and update product content in tracking files (Excel)
Help enhance product pages (descriptions, visuals, technical specifications)
Participate in the launch, management, and development of the PRODIM YouTube channel (uploading, creating, and optimizing content; supporting webinars)
Produce digital content and manage the community: contribute to the development and promotion of the Prodim brand and the Prodim product line, particularly through social media
SEO and local search optimization: SEO optimization, monitoring using relevant metrics
Ensure products are updated on the website (back-office, such as PrestaShop)
Contribute to the creation and updating of product lists (customer-specific e-commerce catalogs)
Track product changes and update information (catalog and website errata)
Participate in content development to strengthen our industry expertise (landing pages, blog, etc.), to be used in email campaigns or for website development, working alongside our communications manager.
Help create editorial content for our website’s ongoing development.
Manage FAQs and comments regarding our website’s upcoming updates.
Help define and implement GREEN criteria for our product lines
Help collect and consolidate supplier CSR data
Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing tools and processes
You are pursuing a degree in business or marketing (4–5 years of higher education) and have a strong interest in product marketing and digital marketing.
Do you recognize yourself in the following qualities:
Excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling
Proficiency with office software, particularly Excel; familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Comfortable using digital tools (knowledge of PrestaShop is a plus)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Curious, analytical, and proactive
Self-motivated and a good team player
Optional: Creativity and an eye for aesthetics are appreciated
