Your mission

Job Description


As part of the development and structuring of business processes within the FM & Multitechnique division, the Technical Department is hiring a Methods & Process Engineer (work-study program).


The work-study student will work directly under the National Methods & Process Manager, serving in a cross-functional role across operational teams, and will contribute to operational performance, the standardization of practices, the digitization of tools, and the structuring of processes.

Position available immediately.

Based in Courbevoie, with the option to work from our office in Lognes.

Main tasks

 

The Methods & Process Engineering work-study student will be responsible for:

  Operational Support
· Support all FM & Multitechnical (FM & MT) operational staff in
their day-to-day work.
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of business practices and operational processes
.
· Provide methodological support to field teams and support functions.


Training & Change Management
· Train all employees on how to use business tools.
· Help develop training materials (guides, procedures,
standard operating procedures, tutorials).
· Support teams in adopting digital tools.


Tools & Information Systems
· Support all employees in using the various ONET tools
.
· Contribute to the optimization, standardization, and consistency of business tools.
· Serve as a functional liaison between users, the Technical Department, and the Methods teams
.

Training


Student pursuing a degree in engineering, a master’s degree, or equivalent (Methods, Industrial Engineering, Process Management, QHSE, Maintenance, FM, Industrial Performance, Digital Transformation).



Technical Skills
· Strong understanding of FM, multi-disciplinary, maintenance, and technical services environments.
· Strong interest in methods, processes, organizational structuring, and continuous improvement.

· Proficiency in digital and collaborative tools.
· Ability to understand and model business processes.
· Awareness of QHSE issues, operational performance, and service quality.

Functional skills
· Analytical and organizational skills.
· Organization, attention to detail, and a systematic approach.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
