Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, your primary responsibilities will focus primarily on training
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for (the Onet campus, HR representatives, managers, etc.)
◌ Training: You will primarily assist the HR Department with the administrative and logistical management of training programs.
You may be required to perform the following tasks:
- In collaboration with HR managers: identify training needs and appropriate training providers
- Work with the HR Director on career development issues
Organization of training sessions:
- Tracking registrations and optimizing session occupancy rates
- Managing schedules, invitations, and sessions
- Room reservations and logistical coordination (reception, equipment, technical requirements)
- Creating and updating tracking spreadsheets (training KPIs, participation rates, tracking)
- Maintain relationships with participants and internal and external clients.
◌ HR Communications: You may be asked to help create and distribute communication materials.
- Creating and updating department-specific mailing lists in collaboration with the relevant departments.
- Distributing HR information to site managers, team leaders, and employees (HR news, PPE campaigns, mandatory communications, news flashes, etc.).
- Creating materials: PowerPoint presentations, posters, visuals, etc.
- Managing internal communication channels (Teams, internal social network, intranet, etc.).
◌ HR Projects: And finally, you will contribute to various emerging HR projects within the company.

You demonstrate independence (ability to find solutions, sense of initiative), strong organizational skills, the ability to manage priorities, and excellent communication skills.
You have some initial experience working in a corporate training department.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and office software (Teams, Outlook, etc.)
