Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, your main responsibilities will be:
◌ Training: You will primarily assist the HR Department with the administrative and logistical management of training programs.
You may be required to perform the following non-exhaustive list of tasks:
- In collaboration with HR managers: identify training needs and suitable training providers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for interactions with the Onet Group
- Work with the HR Director on career development issues
- Organizing training sessions
- Managing schedules, invitations, and sessions
- Reserving rooms and coordinating logistics (reception, equipment, technical needs)
- Tracking registrations and optimizing session occupancy rates
- Creating and updating tracking spreadsheets (training KPIs, participation rates, tracking)
- Maintain relationships with participants and internal and external clients.
◌ HR Communications: In a second phase, you will be involved in the creation and distribution of communication materials.
- Creating and updating department-specific mailing lists in collaboration with the relevant departments.
- Distributing HR information to site managers, team leaders, and employees (HR news, PPE campaigns, mandatory communications, news flashes, etc.).
- Creating materials: PowerPoint presentations, posters, visuals, etc.
- Managing internal communication channels (Teams, internal social network, intranet, etc.).
- Taking photos and shooting short videos to highlight HR initiatives and training
◌ HR Projects: And finally, you will contribute to various emerging HR projects within the company.

You have some initial experience in training.
You are proficient in the Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and office software (Teams, Outlook, etc.)
You demonstrate independence (finding solutions on your own, taking the initiative), strong organizational skills, the ability to manage priorities, and excellent communication skills.
Skills in computer graphics and video editing are a plus.
