Job Opening: Cash Flow Manager (M/F), Fixed-Term Contract, Bouches-du-Rhône (13)

Based at the company’s headquarters in Marseille (9th arrondissement) and reporting to the Head of Financing and Cash Management, your primary responsibilities are as follows:

Monitor, send, and track data flows to third parties (payroll, social security contributions, suppliers, etc.).
Track intragroup transactions.
Ensure the configuration of the Group’s cash management tool and proactively propose ways to optimize it (upgrades, adding modules, etc.).
Monitor regulatory developments (EBICS and SWIFT protocols, ISO standards, etc.).
Check the interfaces with the financial system daily (receipt of bank statements, transaction notices, direct debit notices, etc.).
Ensure the quality of the data in the systems and make sure that transactions are properly recorded within the specified timeframes.
Assist team members with day-to-day cash management, opening and closing bank accounts, and issuing guarantees.
Help develop cash flow forecasts and prepare internal reports.
Contribute to cross-functional projects related to the Finance Department, in collaboration with the IT and project teams.

Your assets

You hold a three-year college degree in business administration, finance, or accounting and have at least 3 years of experience in cash management, finance, or the banking sector.

You are thorough, dynamic, and a good team player; you are adaptable and know how to manage your priorities to produce reliable, high-quality work within the given deadlines. Your ability to synthesize information allows you to focus on what matters most, take a step back to view issues objectively, and proactively suggest solutions.

You have strong writing skills and are proficient in English at a working level. You are comfortable using computer software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and have experience using one or more cash management tools.
