o Organize the site in accordance with the specifications (human resources, equipment, etc.)

o Conduct inspections with the support of the agency’s Quality, Safety, and Environment Manager

o Monitor the operating account and financial indicators within your scope
o Oversee staff training: certifications and skills required to perform services
o Compile weekly timesheets and forward them to the administrative department
Management
o Supervise the site team: team leaders and operations staff
o Welcome and onboard new employees as needed
o Listen to staff to anticipate issues and find solutions
o Ensure a positive work environment
Equipment Management and Maintenance
o Manage inventory of products, equipment, and PPE, as well as their distribution
o Ensuring that the materials and equipment used are in good working order and that periodic inspections have been performed
Customer Relations
o Continuously maintaining customer relations and ensuring customer satisfaction
o Managing customer complaints using a computer system
o Managing requests for concierge-type services
