Job Opening: Event Host/Hostess (M/F), Fixed-Term Contract, Haute-Garonne (31)

As part of short-term assignments under fixed-term contracts, you will work at large-scale events where your customer service skills and friendly demeanor will make all the difference.

Your responsibilities: As a true ambassador for the event, you will be responsible for:

- Welcome, inform, guide, and assist guests and/or the public
- Ensure high-quality protocol-driven reception
- Manage arrivals: sign-in sheets, badge distribution, access control
- Maintain cloakrooms with organization and courtesy
- Participate in the management of rooms and auditoriums: preparation, guest seating, microphone handling, etc.
- Distribute goodies, gifts, or prizes
- Contribute to street marketing initiatives
