Job Opening: HRIS AMOE/MOE Project Manager (M/F), Permanent Position, Bouches-du-Rhône (13)

As part of the Information Systems and Digital Division, and reporting to the Back-Office Applications Manager, you will help develop and optimize the HRIS to address the company’s business challenges and strategic priorities. Working closely with the Human Resources teams—and in particular the HRIS Manager—you will lead the implementation of projects from design through deployment.

As such, your main tasks are as follows:

Serve as the liaison between the HRIS Manager, the IT department teams, software vendors, and service providers to ensure that business needs are effectively translated into HRIS solutions
Help draft technical specifications and project deliverables.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and workload plans, in coordination with the various stakeholders
Identify, assess, and monitor risks, dependencies, warning points, and associated action plans
Manage projects in accordance with quality, cost, and schedule commitments
Help set up and configure solutions in collaboration with internal teams, software vendors, and system integrators
Organize and coordinate testing campaigns and validation phases
Prepare, coordinate, and oversee production rollouts, ensuring the security of deployments
Oversee specific developments, updates, and interfaces with other information systems
Ensure the consistency and integration of HRIS solutions within the overall information system ecosystem
Manage external service providers and monitor service contracts
Conduct functional, regulatory, and technological monitoring.

Your assets

You have a college degree (engineering school, master’s degree in computer science, etc.) and at least 5 years of experience in similar roles, gained in complex environments (large corporations, multi-site organizations, companies with diverse business lines, etc.).

As an experienced project manager, you have a thorough understanding of the various stages of project management, from scoping to closure. You are comfortable working in matrix environments and know how to lead large-scale projects and coordinate with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

You have excellent knowledge of key HR processes and the challenges associated with HR information systems. You are well-versed in the principles of IT architecture, HRIS workflows and interfaces, as well as the leading solutions on the market. In-depth knowledge of the HR Access, Talensoft, and Horoquartz suites would be a plus.
