Job Description
As part of its business expansion and to strengthen support for its operational teams, the FM & Multitechnique division is hiring a Work-Study Operations Assistant.
The work-study student will work directly with the Regional Technical Managers, with the primary responsibility of assisting them with the administrative management of their activities. In this role, he or she will help track files, coordinate administrative tasks, manage documents, and process various operational requests.
As a valuable asset to the field teams, the work-study student will also help ensure the smooth flow of information among various internal stakeholders and compliance with the company’s administrative procedures.

Based in Chassieu (69).
Main tasks
Provide day-to-day administrative support to Regional Technical Managers.
Assist in planning and monitoring the work of technical teams.
Manage the administrative tracking of contracts, services, and client files.
Prepare, review, and update operational documents (service reports, meeting minutes, dashboards, etc.).
Track customer requests and ensure information is properly relayed to the relevant parties.
Manage document control and file archiving using the company’s tools.
Participate in the creation and updating of activity monitoring metrics.
Assist in tracking orders, quotes, and invoicing in coordination with the relevant departments.
Support Regional Technical Managers in monitoring contractual and regulatory obligations.
Participate in the continuous improvement of administrative processes and management tools.
Serve as the liaison between operational teams, clients, and support functions (HR, purchasing, accounting, etc.).
Contribute to the preparation of operational meetings and the follow-up on related actions.
Qualities needed to succeed in this role
You are pursuing a two- or three-year degree program in administrative management, executive assistance, organizational management, or a related field.
You have excellent organizational skills and are able to handle multiple tasks at once.
You are thorough, methodical, and committed to ensuring the quality of the information you process.
You have strong writing skills and excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
You are proactive, self-motivated, and enjoy working as part of a team.
You are proficient in office software, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Previous experience in administration or coordination, gained through an internship or a work-study program, would be a plus.
An interest in technical environments and operations-related roles is a real asset.
