Job Opening: Human Resources Manager (M/F), Permanent Position, Metz

Reporting to the Human Resources Department, you will support Branch Managers and other managers in implementing HR policies across 14 branches. As a true partner to operational staff, you will ensure the proper implementation of HR policies and contribute to your region’s social performance.

HR Policy Management:

Design and oversee operations related to workforce and skills planning and performance management 
Implement a career management policy 
Manage and implement initiatives arising from the training policy within their area of responsibility, in support of operational staff                         
Define the entity’s compensation policy, oversee the process for managing performance-based pay, annual bonuses, and other incentives, and ensure their implementation in a manner that promotes internal consistency             
Lead HR projects within your entity and participate in Group-wide projects

Legal and Social:

Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and effectively managing relations with employee representative bodies
Help develop agreements and action plans with the social partners and monitor their implementation
Manage relationships with administrative authorities, the labor inspectorate, occupational health services, etc., and follow up on sensitive cases
Handling labor disputes and disciplinary proceedings

HR Tip:

Respond to requests from operational staff across all areas of HR: labor law, training, recruitment, employment contracts, career management, compensation, and management of employee benefit plans…

Management :

Work collaboratively with the support teams
Comply with and ensure compliance with the rules, methods, and procedures (internal to the group, legal and regulatory, and management-related) applicable to the performance of one's duties

Your assets

You hold a college degree in Human Resources and/or labor law, or an equivalent qualification.
You have proven experience in multi-site HR and a demonstrated track record in managing labor relations.
Recognized for your interpersonal skills and commitment to service, your diplomacy, and your ability to work as part of a team, you also possess excellent listening skills and a highly practical approach to your role.
