As part of the Key Accounts team within the Prodim Business Unit, you will be working on a reorganization project. This fixed-term contract is part of an effort to update key account client contracts and renegotiate pricing, amid highly volatile markets.
You will work closely with the Key Accounts, Tender, and Proposal Management teams, as well as internal support functions.
Key Account Contract Management:
- Prepare all documents required for the contract update (amendments, analytical materials, summary documents).
- Analyze existing pricing terms and recommend changes in consultation with the Product Management Department.
- Update sales proposals based on customer needs, in coordination with the designated Key Account Manager.
- Maintain and ensure the reliability of the central key account management database (contract tracking, customer data, metrics).
Customer Management:
- Attend client meetings alongside Key Account Managers.
- Draft meeting minutes and follow up on action plans.
- Update customer administrative records.
- Coordinate the activities of various internal departments (sales, product development, finance, operations) to ensure optimal service quality and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Holder of an advanced degree (4- or 5-year program) from a business school or university.
- Previous experience (including internships or work-study programs) in a B2B sales environment, account management, or sales roles is preferred.
- Excellent proficiency with computer software, particularly Excel.
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented attitude, curiosity, and the ability to interact with a diverse range of people.
