As an Administrative Manager at Onet Logistics and Production, you will oversee and coordinate the administrative management activities of your branch. You will supervise payroll, invoicing, and monthly closings. You will play a key role in managing administrative processes, ensuring data accuracy, optimizing procedures, and meeting deadlines.
Reporting to the Multi-Site Director, your main responsibilities will be:
◌ Operational administrative management: Management of the cost center’s financial and analytical closing entries
◌ Overseeing administrative processes: Ensuring the proper execution of procedures related to payroll, temporary staffing, and accounts payable, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
◌ Customer Billing Follow-Up: Manage customer billing, including monitoring collections and optimizing days sales outstanding (DSO) to improve cash flow and reduce payment terms.
◌ Supervision of the administrative manager: Provide guidance, support, and training to the manager in the performance of her duties.
◌ Collaboration with internal departments: Work closely with HR, operations, and finance teams to ensure that administrative processes are consistent and run smoothly.
◌ Preparation and distribution of administrative reports: Prepare regular reports on administrative activities and ensure that information is effectively communicated.
◌ Regulatory compliance management: Ensure that all processes comply with legal and regulatory developments and Group procedures.
◌ Optimization of work methods and internal administrative audits: Participate in the improvement of tools, draw up internal audits of administrative practices in order to gain in efficiency and performance.
◌ Contribution to continuous improvement: Participate in the various projects carried out by the Group. Identify and propose areas for improvement in administrative processes, with a view to cost control and overall performance.
You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in management, business administration, or finance, and have at least two years of significant experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a logistics or industrial setting.
You are known for your strong grasp of administrative and financial matters. As such, you have experience in:
You are comfortable working with technology and are proficient in ERP systems as well as office and accounting software.
You have the ability to bring teams together and support them on a daily basis.
You are organized and meticulous, demonstrating excellent analytical skills and a strong ability to prioritize.
With strong interpersonal skills, you communicate effectively and are able to collaborate across departments.
